CEF LEVELS A1 TO B2/IELTS 2.0–6.0
The material in the Skills in English series focuses on individual skills to make sure learners make genuine progress in their learning. As the series develops and students become more proficient, there is progressive integration of skills within each section. Starting Skills 1 and 2 are ideal for college and university students who are false beginners, i.e., those students who have not achieved their full potential in English at school. Building Skills 1 and 2 are designed for students on foundation courses who need to begin integrating English into their programme of college or university study. Developing Skills 1 and 2 are ideal for students at an upper-intermediate level who may also need to access English for research.
